Wednesdays at 4:30 will alternate between Mat and Barre until the end of September.  Whichever is more popular will continue forward.

Sign Up - Please sign up for classes in advance. A minimum of two people must sign up in advance or class is canceled.

Dropping In - Drop-ins for Mat/Barre/QiGong classes are allowed if space is available. Please send a text to confirm class is happening and space is available. Drop-ins are not allowed for Reformer.

Cancelation Policy - All cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or class forfeited. No exceptions.

Please stay home if you’re sick. If you have any symptoms of illness, contact me to cancel.
